A helping people mindset

To provide excellent customer service both you and your staff have to have or develop a mindset that revolves around helping people.. Why? Because thats what you are doing in customer service.
Take the term.."at your service". Its letting the person know you are here, willing to assist in whatever way you can. You are putting yourself up as a resource to them. To do that job well, you had better come with the intention of doing what it takes to please, to pamper, to give comfort, to serve.
But dont be subservient. Dont allow anyone to abuse your good nature and good intentions.

Let your helping people mindset prevail when you provide customer service and your customers will love you.
